Summer Camps 2024 - Policies
IWe ask families to follow the guidance, and get ready for the classes:

Please, students should stay at home if they are sick.

Students will have 20 minutes for lunch, meals are not provided. Please, remember we are a nut-free facility.

Please provide the list of people authorized to drop off/ pick up your child. That person should bring an ID. If there is any change or your teenager is allowed to leave the studio on their own, it must be notified by email only (no text message) to info@creatingartstudio.com.

Drop-off is no earlier than 10 minutes before the class. Pick-up is at the end of the class, and up to 10 minutes after the end of classes. Please, consider punctuality, a late pickup fee will be applied since we have to get ready for the following class.
Registration
A non-refundable $80 from each week's tuition you are reserving, will be charged at registration time.
Payments
The studio will automatically debit the remaining tuition fee two weeks before the start of each camp you have selected.
After that period, if the student is not able to attend, the paid amount, minus the non-refundable registration fee, will be held as a credit in the account until December 31st, 2024 to be used at our Studio by any family member for a class or an event.
Student multi-class DISCOUNT: Pay one week at a regular price and receive 5% off on each other week a student will be attending.
Attendance
There is no refund offered for absences.
Late pick up
Students can be picked up up to 10 minutes after the end of the camp. A fee of $10 every 10 minutes will be charged to the student’s account.

Class Transfer
If a student wants to move to a different class or level this change must be communicated in writing to info@creatingartstudio.com with the Subject "Transfer Request". This transfer will be subject to class availability.
Photograph/ Video/Artwork
CREATING ART STUDIO LLC reserves the right to use and publish any photo or video taken during class and special events to promote and advertise the studio. This includes (but it is not limited) to artwork and images of students.
Students waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
Students should notify CREATING ART STUDIO LLC in writing at info@creatingartstudio.com if they want to opt out of this policy.
While students are allowed to share their experience at CREATING ART STUDIO LLC on social media, to respect the privacy of other families, they will refrain from posting images that contain photos of other students without their consent.
Ongoing Classes - Policies
Registration
Students can join a class at any time when a spot is available. A waiting list will be opened once a class is full, and future students will be notified by email as soon as a spot is available.
Note: You won't get charged for being on the Waiting List
Payments
The studio will automatically debit the tuition fee on the 25th of each month, in advance.
Attendance
Absences will be shown as makeup on the family's account to be used within 60 days of the absence. Only 2 makeup classes are allowed to be made in a month and are subject to availability.
The absence and reason for it should be communicated by email to info@creatingartstudio.com with the subject: "(Name of Student): Absence".
Absence notified on the same day of the class is subject to availability for a makeup class.
Dropping off from classes must be notified to the studio by email (info@creatingartstudio.com) no later than 15 days before the end of the last month planned to be attended. A $40 administrative fee will be applied to accounts if the notice is submitted passed that period.
